I really enjoyed my services by Kristen. The facial was relaxing and the environment had amazing energy. Most waxing is painful, but this was not. I never thought I would actually be relaxed during a wax. I will definately continue to receive services from Kristen. Thank you for a great experience! Awesome Facial 4/8/2008

I experienced probably one of the best microderm facials where the results are still visible days later. Kristen was wonderful, knowledgeable, and made the experience relaxing as well. I am definately going back for more!! Pros: knowledgeable, professional Cons: shared in a dr's office - could have been a little quieter more

mole removal 4/2/2008

Dr. Bertz removed 3 moles off my neck and chest. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the procedure. It took all of about 15 minutes total. The best part is that there are no scars from where we lasered them. If you have ugly moles that you are feeling self conscious about call Dr. Bertz and schedule an appointment he's amazing.\r \r Thanks Dr. Bertz Pros: smooth clean neck more
