Return customer to this family restaurant, but that ended due to my last two visits. Findings:
- Last two visits 3 month apart we shared our booth with flys / small flying insects on the wall of our booths. Visualy showed the staff/management both times.
-Spider webs on all the booth coat racks, indicates no top to bottom cleaning done in several months.
-Glasses and silverware were dirty/spotted. Had to wipe the rim of the glasses and the silverware.
-Food was cold/ room temp. and my daughter's veggies tasted as if they were cooked in used cooking water.
-Observed non-kitchen staff in cooking area adjusting uncovered hair in cooking area.
-Intrupted by a memeber of the waite staff as we were speaking with the assistant manager.
-Observed waite staff sitting in dining area using a dining table to store her spray bottle and dirty rag, while she counted tip money.
-Waite staff yelling across the dining area.
-After we notified the management, there was no action was taken. We notified the Corporate HQ and still no response after two days.
-Overall this was a good family restaurant but clearly it has gone down hill. The place needs a manager to provide leadership, and Q&A. We are taking our business away.
