Bertis & Wieber LLC

I am a current renter of Bertis and Weiber. I have lived here 5 years and I cannot wait for my lease to expire! Their bookeeping system SUCKS! I am constantly getting letters to pay rent or vacate. I have to bring them copies from my bank that shows they were paid and cashed my checks. even after they reckognize their error, they STILL tried to stiff me with the legal charges to have me served!!! I have had to go 2 months with a garage door that was off the tracks to where it wouldn't even close. my home was vulnerable to theives for 2 months before they FINALLy sent someone here to fix it. and then, they stuck me with the bill! my windows dont have locks and was promised they would fix it. their way of fixing it is to put a stick in the window! of course, my home was burglarized and they came in through the window! bertis and weiber promised me new windows after this and 6 months later i am still waiting. now, they are saying that they NEVER promised me new windows. they treat their tenants like an enemy. they are always rude and have no morals! this company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! their repairs are half assed and they expect you to pay for it. more

We live near one of their rentals. It has been a filthy dump for years, with stinking bags of trash piled high, junk cars, the yard has never been mowed. They tend to rent to child beaters and thieves. It is located in an area of well kept homes. This company doesn't care. more

We rented a home from B&W that was in poor condition. We did many things to the home to improve it. While renting the home our shower broke and was unuseable. Bertis and Wieber took over 2 months to fix it. When it was fixed the work was poor. Now they are trying to dishonestly charge us for damage done to the home BEFORE we lived there! DO NOT RENT FROM BERTIS & WIEBER! AVOID! Pros: Good if you like slum lords Cons: Dishonest,disceitful,rude, unprofessional, poor quality more
