Stopped by Bert n' Ernies...we loved the place and view in the back..the owner was very nice..the place was nice ..but a couple in there cut the stereo on when we were playing the jukebox....but other then that cant wait to go back and have some beers there Pros: bar and food & Store Cons: had to leave to early more

If you are looking for the best breakfast Taco in Central Texas then you should go no further. Bert & Ernie's has been a Central Texas landmark for over 20 years serving such locals as the Meyers and Reimers. The Carne Guisada is highly recommended and a cold beer from the fridge is a must. It is off the beaten path but if you are on your way to Hamilton Pool then don't pack a lunch and stop here for your food. Service is good and you can't get any more Texas than this. Pros: Carne Guisada, Variety of Taco, Customer Service Cons: Hard to get to more
