Love Dr. Berry's office 5/24/2010

Love Dr. Berry's office. He has a great staff and everyone is always so nice. They treat us great and everyone is always smiling. Dr. Berry is the best! Very gentle and kind. We moved away from Garland and still drive over there... will never go to another dentist! 5 stars all the way... more

Excellent all the way around. The best quality dental work anywhere by Dr. Berry who is caring and does everything possible to facilitate the patient's comfort. The whole staff is excellent at their skills, while being warm and thoughtful. more

Worth the drive to go visit Dr. Berry 5/22/2010

Growing up, while I was going to Dr. Berry, I never understood why so many hated going to the dentist. I never minded. The staff was always friendly, knew me by name when I walked in the door (w/out looking at the appointment book), and Dr. Berry always took the time to talk with you as a person rather than some simple unknown patient. The staff was always non-judgemental whatever the prognosis after the exam and work to fix any cavities (or other issues) while doing their best to ensure your comfort. As I have grown and experienced the work of multiple other dentists (no longer living in the Garland area), I now know why people dislike going to the dentist so much. I never realized how great a dentist I had till I moved away. To this day, I still tell my friends in the Dallas area that it is worth the drive to go visit Dr. Berry if they ever need a dentist. I'll be so lucky as to find another Dentist like Dr. Berry 5/21/2010

I believe I have been seeing Dr. Berry since my Grandparents, Art and Sharon Hopper, started bringing me to their dentist, which is, Dr. Berry. I feel that everything has been done to make me feel "at home" and comfortable. Every time I call, the staff seems to recognize me by name and are very accomodating. I believe I would have stayed with Dr. Berry for as long as I stayed in the Garland/Richardson/Plano area. But, since I am moving out of states, to IL., I can only wonder if I'll be so lucky as to find another Dentist like Dr. Berry and his staff. more

I have seen Dr. Berry since I was a teenager along with my family and now that I have a family of my own my daughter sees him and really likes him. He is a wonderful person and a wonderful dentist. I have recommended him to several friends and they have like him also. Not that people loving going to the dentist but I can say that the people there and the atomosphere is wonderful.. more

Dr. Berry is the most gentle dentist 5/19/2010

I have been going to Dr. Berry for as long as I have been an adult. Both of my parents go to Dr. Berry and now so does my husband. He is the most gentle dentist and cares about his patients and their families. I always recommend him to friends and family when they are looking for a dentist!! He is the greatest!! more

My family and I received the utmost in care from Dr. James Berry. Our two sons even attended First Methodist preschool together. That is how I came to know Mrs. and Dr. Berry. You couldn't ask for nicer people who genuinely care about their patients and now, the practice includes a new addition. The kid that introduced me and my family to this dental practice. I have moved from Garland to McKinney and still make the drive back to stay with Dr. Berry. The office staff is thorough and friendly. In all aspects, this is the dental practice to choose. more

Dr James Berry is very compassionate & takes the time to explain procedures & options thoroughly. Joy is the best Hygienist ever and the rest of his office staff is also top notch. more

Dr. Berry and his staff are everything you'd want from a dental team. The atmosphere in the office is peaceful and relaxing. They genuinely care about their patients - not just on a professional level but personally as well. Also, and perhaps most importantly, they are all very gentle on you when performing procedures. more

Dentistry work is fantastic! Love both the Berry's. Office workers can sometimes be rude and contradictive. One worker will tell you one thing and another will tell you something completely different. Due to this, we picked the wrong insurance; however, Dr Berry worked out an acceptable financial agreement with us. more
