I did not like the TCBY yogurt of the '80's. On a lark I tried the Berry Chill that had newly opened at Ogilvie train station. I loved it!! My body is the type that craves nutritious things and Berry Chill's yogurt and Protein Bar's Quinoa are the top 2. Believe me, I don't eat for health - I eat what tastes delicious! For me, it's just a side benefit that Berry Chill is healthy. My flavor: original yogurt with blueberry, mango and chocolate chips.
