This was our 3rd resale with Jill Berni, and I never would have believed it, if I hadn't seen it evolve right in front of my eyes.\r
I never before heard of Consolidation, as a Form of trading my rentals in, for an Amenity property next to Folsom Lake.\r
She found us a buyer for my rentals, put them into an exchange situuation, while we leisurely shopped for a Vacation home. When we visit our kids in El Dorado Hills, we required a lakefront property, with a seperate outbuilding, suitable to use as a rental....the best of both worlds.\r
She is now in the process of doing a tax-free exchange on our Tahoe boathouse for a boathouse and slip in the North Bay.\r
We have given her the most complicated transactions known to man, and evidently she has""been there, and done that"".\r
Nowone we know has been able to baffle her yet.\r
I keep coming up with ""what if"" scenarios, sometimes to just see if she can be stumped. maybe, I have 80 acres of prunes up north, that is coming in to disfavor...
Pros: I can see why our associates were eager to recommend her
Cons: She works too many evenings and weekends
