Berman is a crook. Gave us a price over the phone for gold and silver then a much lower price once we were at the store. Tried to explain that he has set prices for gold and silver coins that are less than the going rate for their weight. Stay away from this place. more

My favorite Jewelers!!! <3 6/10/2011

Berman Jewelers has renewed my love of jewelery. All of their jewelery has such character to it. It is difficult, if not impossible, for me to walk out of there without wishing I had bought out their entire stock. Mr. Berman and his family are so helpful and sincere. They are a pleasure to work with. They work tirelessly to help me find the exact pieces I am looking for. Although I have jewelery boxes full of jewelery, the only pieces I wear are the ones I have gotten here. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else again. They are extremely honest and always give fair prices. I don't know what I would do if I hand't found them. <3 more

Worst Place to sell your gold!!!! 12/3/2009

We called and were given one price then went to the store and were given a much lower price because they ""made a mistake"". Once there they offered us a fraction of what we were offered by another dealer for the gold jerlery we were selling. Fred Berman is a crook. He told us the gold we had was substandard and therefore worth much less. We left and went to ""We Buy Gold"" and they gave us a fair price. Cons: Tried to rip us off more

Berman Jewelers Ruined My Watch!!!! 11/21/2009

Went for a new battery, they lost a piece when they opened my watch. They ""sent it out"" for repair and charged me, then returned a watch with a loose face. Sent it out again, and returned watch with a different wind button and two scratches on the face under the crystal. Yelled at me and refused to repair or replace my watch when I complained. Claimed the watch came in that way, which it didn't. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS JEWELER!! They destroyed my expensive watch. Pros: They are awful Cons: Ruined my watch, rude and ignorant salespeople more
