Berkshire Manor West

Hi, I've lived at Berkshire Manor West for a little over 2&1/2 years. The staff are very friendly, maintenance crew if any situation arise will fix it quickly and efficiently. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, library and computer room that exist on the property, not to mention that there is a shopping center very close by within a short walking distance complete with a grocery store. Berkshire Manor West is a very safe place to live and you will ENJOY living there. more

We just moved here after living across the street in Berkshire Manor for two years. We had a good experience at Berkshire Manor (same company), but we needed more space (we were in a one bedroom over there), so my husband and I decided to move to one of the two bedrooms over here. They have been nothing but good to us since we got here. There was a blown fuse and they fixed it immediately, there was a door that stuck a little bit and they fixed that immediately too. The office staff is always super friendly, and the maintenance is always prompt. Basically it's all good. The apartment itself is nice too, and we are really enjoying having the extra space because the apartment floor plan feels really big. Plus, for the price it's a really good deal compared with the other decent apartments around here. Finally, the real proof of how awesome they are came today when maintenance came in to fix something and I falsely accused them of letting our cat out. Even though she turned up later INSIDE the apartment (she had been hiding who knows where) and it was clearly not their fault because she hadn't been let out in the first place, they had helped me search the grounds for her for hours, calling for her and helping me put out food to find her. Basically they did all this work for me to help me find her and she ended up being inside anyway. Obviously I felt like an idiot, but it proved to me that they clearly genuinely care about their tenants and really try to help out whenever they can. I am totally sold on this place, even more so after today. You won't get this kind of attention and help from most apartment complexes. Berkshire Manor and Berkshire Manor West are highly recommended! more

I MOVED HERE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO.LET ME JUST 1ST TELL YOU THAT THERE WERE SOME REALLY BAD COMMENTS ON HERE THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED.1ST OF ALL THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU FREE CABLE AND INTERNET..THE CABLE IS GREAT..THE INTERNET NEVER WORKS ON WEEKENDS. ITS VERY SLOW DURING THE WEEK AND ITS NOT MY COMPUTER CAUSE I HAVE TALKTED TO OTHER PPL. THEN EVERY SAT OR SUN WEN I TRY TO LOG ON ITS OFF....THE OFFICE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF DUMB ASSES...REALLY JUST LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE THE DUMB ASS LEAVES ON THE OFFICE PHONE.HAHA IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!! AND YES THEY DO HAVE ROACHES.WITH THAT SAID GOOD LUCK!!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

I just moved into Berkshire West in September 2006. I love it here. I have not had any problems with my apartment and both the maintenance and office staff are a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend it. It's very convenient to have most of the utilities included. more

I have lived here going on my 2nd year and since I moved in they did a ton of improvements. My favorite is definitly the fitness room which is open for whenever you want to use it! The manager Heather is great, she has always gone out of her way to be very plesant and help me whenever possible. They are pretty flexible here which is good. Landscaping is great and my neighbors are all about my age and are so fun. Its not often you get excited about coming home to an apt and I really give kudos to the property they do a great job! Thank you! I would totally reccomend it to anyone! I lived down the street 3 years ago to try and save on rent and that was a big mistake I dont think they did criminal background checks and it doesn't seem like things have changed elsewhere so save yourself a mistake and check it out here. more
