Love that I can go into this office, get in, get out and be on my way home in a flash. Loved dr palambo. He is very sweet and answers questions knowledgeably. Pleased with the staff as we'll. they don't treat you ad if your a piece of meat to be examined. more

My husband has been coming to Berkeley Eye for a few years, I just started and we are very satisfied with the service we receive, the text who check our eyes, and we just like Dr.McQueen, he never rushes us in or out, he is a rarity in Dr.'s, he truly cares about his patients. I can""t say enough about the kindness we are shown by all the staff at Berkeley Eye. May God Bless you all! more

Just had a lens replaced and was amazed at the process and professionalism displayed by all involved. Doctor McQueen and staff were awesome with a great bedside manner. All my questions were answered and my mind was put to rest on every issue. What a gift these people have. Bless you all. more

Arrived early on 5/20/13 in hopes of getting processed quickly. The intake process was simple and efficient, staff was courteous, and they got me in 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time! I had an eye glasses and contract script in hand and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. more

What can I say about Berkeley? WOW! From the nurses to the doctor (Dr Palumbo) to the optician (Christina M), each one was professional, kind, patient and took the time to answer all my questions. My experience at this wonderful, peaceful and clean eye clinic is always very satisfing. Everyone there is very respectful and friendly. They are always doing what they can to help there customers and I just completly love it! I honetly dont have insurance but i rather spend the extra money because its very worth it. I recomend this amazing eye clinic to everyone trust me you would always leave happy ? more
