The impressiveness continues...I bought a new car here last year. I was visiting the area and was "just looking". The salesmen were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeble. I felt very relaxed and never pressured. I continue to have my service done here. And I continue to be impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the showroom, and the service is always done in a timely manner. I have had no complaints and look forward to buying my next car here!! more

Great service and buying experience 3/11/2007

We bought two cars from this dealership in the last 3 years - one new and one used. The salespeople are polite and great, but there are a few guys who are just outstanding! We did not feel pressured, the cars' information was accurate, and we were offered cookies and refreshments while waiting for our paperwork to finalize. We also have been coming back to this dealership for maintenance and service. The staff is always prompt to answer any questions and so far any work that has been done on our cars did not require any re-work (which is pretty rare for this area...). We would recommend our family and friends to work with this dealership! more

Great place to deal 4/7/2006

Brendon is super .. he is always courteous and takes time with you.. the is a great service advisor .. I'd have to say he is the best around .if I need anything done he oversees the issue for him.. I like that idea .. where else can you go and have a one on one relation with a great service advisor . even a great car wash will do.. take the easy way and try them and get teh free car wash .. more

poor place to buy a car 8/24/2005

last year i went to Bergstrom's Honda Toyota and Nissan in Oshkosh's an was looking for a better vehicle. i looked at a Toyota corolla an test drove it straight to another mechanic who looked it up on the internet for me an said not to but the car that is had been in an accident when i asked about it at the dealers they said it had not but i decided to go elsewhere because carfax doesn't lie. more

Great place to buy a new car 8/21/2005

We were in the market for a new Toyota and shopped around and researched prices on the internet . Working with Bergstrom was very easy throughout the entire purchase. We first set up the numbers over the phone and then came in to sign all the paperwork. All was as agreed upon over the phone. No one tried to hustle any add-ons or change our agreement in any way. more
