Berg's Baby & Teen Furniture

I recently purchased and received my baby furniture from Berg's. What I thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be utterly delightful!\r The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect nursery furniture. The selection and quality of the furniture Berg's carries made our decision easy. I couldn't find this anywhere else.\r Along with purchasing a glider, stroller and car seat, they even helped us start a registry.\r Our furniture came in early and was delivered and set up by a professional and courtesious delivery team.\r I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Berg's Baby & Teen\r Furniture to everyone. My mom actually suggested that I go to Berg's to look for my baby furniture. Apparently my baby furniture and even hers came from Berg's. They have been around for a long time. Now I understand why. Everybody was so nice and helpful! Being a first time mom I had no idea what to look for, and they were able to guide me to just the right things. They have very high quality furniture, and I found that the prices weren't much different than than what I saw elsewhere for lesser quality. When my furniture was delivered it was yet another pleasant experience. I will definitely tell all of my friends to go there! more

After waiting 14 weeks(!) to receive our furniture, the dresser was delivered damaged and we had to wait an additional 6 weeks for a replacement. During these 20 weeks of waiting we had to call Berg's repeatedly just to check on the status of our order. Once the replacement dresser was shipped I called to confirm that an attachment piece that we ordered was going to delivered with the dresser. It turns out that although we paid for the attachment piece 20+ weeks ago it was not included with the replacement dresser. We are still waiting for this piece. Although Berg's has a nice selection of baby and youth furniture the lack of communication and incompetence of the staff makes it NOT worth the hassle.
