This businessman needs a course in customer relations 4/5/2011

Went to Mr bergmanns business to purchase a part for my vacuum cleaner. Mr bergmann was rude, insulting and curt. He acted as though I was wasting his time. In my opinion, I feel he needs a course in customer etiquette. I would recommend that no one use this business until Mr bergmann learns how to treat his customers with dignity and respect. more
