Great sales, BAD install, and HORRIBLE customer service after the sale! Charley, the president, pretends to be nice.
Once I gave him the contract and 1/2 of the down payment, then it all changed. They sent me my receipt by sending my credit card number including expiration date and security code over insecure internet mail and said I was overreacting at identity theft since "they do it all the time." (And 6 weeks later, there were fraudulent charges from another person in a different state, and I had to change my cc number).
The installers came in the morning when I had asked repeatedly to be on the afternoon schedule; Charley blamed me for not coordinating with his installers better. The installers wanted to get my credit card number before they barely started the install and thankfully, I refused until they were complete. The install was horrible and I called to tell them the issues I had with the playset equipment. The installers "came out" again unscheduled to fix my issues but nothing seemed to be corrected. When I told Charley I was not paying until it was corrected and they could no longer be on my property without me present, he threatened to "take action" on me since I did not accommodate his schedule. I had to report him to the BBB before he corrected anything.
The set turned out to be incorrectly installed (as witnessed by his install manager). When the install manager came out, he said the monkey bars were installed wrong, screws were cracking through the boards, the swing set legs were upside down, the slide down pole was pointed towards the tower, and the air pogo was about 3" from the ground so jumping was not possible. Charley has my email address on the blocked list as well now.
