Bergener & Associates

I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Bergener and his law firm. They sell themselves as a boutique law firm that only does personal injury law - not a jack of all trades. Knowing that they were this experienced and focused was a huge selling point for me. Otherwise it was obvious that Mr. Bergener expects his staff to provide exceptional service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the case - even the receptionist. Bergener & Associates is also a young team of people, which gave off an energetic and positive vibe. Mr. Bergener treated me with respect, and made this whole thing so much better than it could have been. Bottom line, I would recommend them to my mom and anyone else who's had an accident. more

I'm not one to praise someone for getting the job done. After all, it's your career, you're the professional, and you are receiving a paycheck. But in this case I feel like Bergener went above and beyond the normal call. My experience with lawyers has been minimal, and I was really nervous to even contact one after my accident. My car was smashed, I was sore, and I was really overwhelmed with what I should do next. My case seemed pretty simple, I just wanted my car and life repaired. Bergener was the 5th lawyer I called, 4 of them wouldn't even take my case or "Fight for You" like the commercial said. Bergener sent an investigator to me the same day. The office had amazing follow thru, nothing fell thru the cracks. They quickly setup a medical treatment plan and coordinated my car repairs.My case was settled in a timely manner for much more than I anticipated. Thank you James for a job well done. more
