Bergen Family Practice

I have been going to BFP for over 10 years now and I would never go to another doctors office again. The staff is warm, friendly and competent. When I call to make an appointment they will get me in very quickly and always work with me and my very hectic schedule. I usually see Dr. Clayton Bridges but I have seen all the doctors in this practice and they are all wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable so as you never have any problems with talking to them about any and all health problems or questions you may have. The doctors are all professional and competent. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to everyone. My whole family has been going there for years. Nobody really likes going to the doctor but with this wonderful staff I don't mind it so much more

Dont go here!! Not only is the office disgusting and dirty but the office staff is rude and inept. They do things such as refuse to contact the insurance company for precerts even when then insurance company asks that they do. They have forgotten to let the phlebotamist know that there are people waiting for them in the lobby. They take patients out of order. They misbill. They do not return calls... I can go on and on more

The practice is conveniently located and the doctors very nice... however, I do not recommend the PA's there as I found one in particular who took a poor history, did a poor physical and had a terrible bedside manor. I had a 103+ fever at the time and the last thing I needed was to have to deal with a terrible personality. more

THE REASON BERGEN FAMILY PRACTICE BECAME MY CHOICE FOR MY PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE IS BECAUSE THE MAIN OFFICE IS LOCATED CLOSE TO MY HOME. THE BUILDING IS RIGHT OFF FRANKLIN TPKE, WHICH MAKES IT EASY TO DRIVE TO WHEN I'M NOT FEELING WELL. THE BUILDING IS NICE AND VERY CLEAN INSIDE. IT'S A MID SIZED OFFICE...NOT TOO BIG AND NOT TOO SMALL. THE PHYSICIAN'S WHO WORK IN THIS OFFICE ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PATIENT ORIENTED. THEY ALSO TAKE THE TIME TO EDUCATE THEIR PATIENTS ON THEIR CONDITION, WHICH IS RARE IN TODAY'S FAST PACED "GET EM IN GET EM OUT " TYPICAL PHYSICIAN ATTITUDE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THE DOCTOR'S AT THIS OFFICE AND HAVE RECEIVED COMPETENT CARE. IF I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING HERE IS THAT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO RUN BEHIND AND I END UP WAITING AWHILE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, HOWEVER, THIS IS TYPICAL AT MANY DOCTOR'S OFFICES. OVERALL, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY..LOT'S OF KIDS AND BABIES COME HERE ETC.. more
