I was forwarded to Dr. Berg by my brother, who swore by her. He has some serious skin stuff going on and she helped him greatly. At first, I was a bit taken back by her personality. She can be very put-offing and quick. After a couple visits, I feel in love with her. She knows this. She does amazing work, plastic surgeon-like. She's always in a hurry, being so busy. She'd like a partner but no one comes up to snuff. Can't blame her. She's established quite a rep and business. It's a good drive for me but all worth the trip and of course, the wait. What do you expect? Fanny -- love you. Don't retire, please. more

Abrasive...but knows her stuff! 1/31/2011

Although Dr. Berg may come across a little abrasive that is just unfortunately her personality. If you are able to deal with that, she is a fantastic doctor who knows what she is doing. My son had "viral" warts which we were told needed no treatment by our primary care doctor. After they spread over his entire body we finally decided to see Dr. Berg who saw him immediately. The treatment was not easy, but the warts were gone in about a week. more

Berg Fanny J Md is the BEST! 7/17/2009

I recommend her, she is the best and is very nice. You have to call about 5 months in advance but now I don't wait that long well, at least not in the waiting room! I see her about every other month. Wait is a bit long but worth it. Magazines fill in the time. more

Berg Fanny J Md is wonderful 6/18/2009

Just recently saw Dr Berg for the first time, she is a gem! I worked for a dermatology group for 6 years and did not go back to them for treatment, so what does that tell you right there? One of those doctors would make the patients wait for up to 4 hours to be seen. I did not wait long to get an appointment as a new patient and did not wait long in her office. She is right to the point and was very kind. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone! more

Worst ever 3/3/2009

After reading all of the good reviews, I waited almost two months to get an initial appointment with Dr. Berg. But to my surprise, she was rude, inconsiderate and had a nasty attitude. I am absolutely floored that she has all of these good reviews...I must have had her alter ego?! more

Dermatologist 4/17/2006

If you wish to schedule an appointment with this dermatologist, you will need to call months in advance. Because she is a leading physician in her field, she is in demand. Of course, emergencies are dealt with promptly, but my case was routine, so my appointment was made six months in advance. The wait was justified, however, and she diagnosed and treated a recurring problem which had been plaguing me for some time. She was thorough and competent. I appreciated her expertise. more

Best Dermatologist in Delaware 11/28/2005

I like Dr. Berg because she has a good bedside manner. She tends to explain your problem in easy to understand terms. She also provides me with samples whenever possible. Her office staff is also exceptional. They are always polite and friendly. I am also able to get appointments that fit my schedule. more

I take my daughter to this doctor. She was highly recommended. She is very friendly and her treatments are effective. Sometimes the waiting room is very full, and we have to wait. I call before the appointment now, to make sure we don't have to wait long. more

Good Dermatologist 10/26/2005

Dr. Berg is an excellent doctor, and has a great reputation. My daughter and I both see her. We had to wait several weeks for our first appointment, as all new patients do, but now get appointments very quickly. She's very friendly and knowledgable. The only drawback is the wait. At times we've had to wait an hour in the waiting room. PROS: friendly, knowledgable CONS: sometimes a long wait. more
