Worst Customer service. My mom recently bought her mother of the bride dress from your store and it was from an out of state designer. The owner measured her and told her that it was smart to buy a dress almost 2 sizes bigger in her waist than she currently is. My mother continued to tell her that it was not necessary to do that considering she is a tiny size and that she was planning on losing weight. The employee continued to urge her to do so, so finally my mom gave in eventhough she knew it was a bad idea. A few weeks later my mom asked if I would call your store to see if there was any way that we could change the order but the owner basically refused saying that there was no way. When the dress came in almost 4 months later I went with my mom to try it on, the dress looked enormous on her and it seemed like there was no way that it could be fixed. The dress was extremely expensive. My frustrated mother asked to speak to the woman who had measured her, who right from the start said that she knew my mom was going to say that and it was not to big on her. The dress has about 3 inches of extra fabric on each side around her waist and the straps rise up about 3-4 inches off her shoulders. The woman refused to do anything to help and just was basically extremely rude about the entire situation. I've worked in Customer Service all of my life and in any situation its known that you are supposed to do whatever you can to make a customer happy. I guess your store doesn't strive to give GREAT Customer Service.
