I think my experience with Bentz Construction has been good. I had them do a number of projects around the house, and I enjoy working with them. The work they do is really good. On this last job, kind of just towards the end, the communication just wasn't there. They lingered a little longer than they should have because of it. I was satisfied with the work that was done, and the project turned out really great, but they could have done better about staying in touch, communicating, and getting the job done a little quicker than they did. more

I've hired Bentz Construction on a couple of occasions, and I have already recommended them. They did some gutter work, redid the steps, built a new sidewalk, and did some drainage work. Scott is very professional; if there was a problem, he was quick to get back in to take care of it. His company has several contractors, and they're all very professional as well. They have excellent, excellent follow up. more

Scott, Chris, and Tom were excellent to work with but the subs were a disaster for us. 2/5/2011

I would never recommend Master Granite or the crew that put on the Hardi board siding. Scott did address all our concerns to our satisfaction, but having to put up with the crew on the siding was not pleasant at all. We felt like we had to watch them ourselves to ensure it was done like we wanted it done. We were not able to be home all the time so this worried us if Tom wasn't there. The Master Granite experience was also poor. They were extremely slow, would show up unannouced on Saturday morning, worked very odd hours, and it made the whole experience poor. If Scott, Tom, and Chris had done the whole job I could give them an excellent in every catagory. Scott needs to change the subs he uses. more

Bentz Construction is reasonably priced. They were competitively priced in terms of the estimate they gave us. They stuck to the estimate they gave us and pretty much stuck to the timeline provided as well. They kept us up-to-date with what they were doing and when they were going to do it. We liked the subcontractors used by Bentz Construction. They were very reliable. Our remodeled kitchen looks great. We like it a lot. We found Bentz Construction to be reliable and trustworthy. more

Successful and beautiful expansion of my home. 10/20/2010

Bentz Construction was recommended to me by Kitch-Encounters. They are very professional and have good subcontractors. The project they did for me was the enclosure of a screen porch and the opening up of the kitchen into that room. It is almost finished and I am extremely pleased with it. They coordinated everything very well and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Also, Scott Bentz is a true gentleman. more
