Charged $41 for FedEx ship when FedEx says it would be $25. When I went back to ship myself they unpacked the item saying I got a good deal on packing and refused to pack even when I offered to pay more. Very unprofessional behavior for a long time customer. Very puzzling. Beware. Pros: used to be customer oriented Cons: very rude with last visit more
