Took my new Genesis in for 1st routine service. Made appointment on line, got a pre-service reminder call, was greeted quickly at the dealership. Was invited inside, seated at desk where we discussed service needs and options, offer of a ride to work and time to complete work. Got a call at the agreed time that car was ready, offered a pick-up. Car was ready, payment was quick, value excellent. Sounds boring? What is wrong with no drama service! It was a pleasure! What was missing? Estimate cost of repair (nor did I ask). Car still dirty when picked up (if Genesis wants to compete with MB, BMW, Lex etc, those guys give you a clean car back every time). Over-all, no-drama, all basic needs met, the way it should be!
