We attempted to book this hotel/motel for a friend's wedding. We called several times. The people hardly answered their phone and they were very rude. We finally were able to book them and then we ended up cancelling, and then we not able to get out money back according to our contract with them. We tried several times to contact them and they either didn't answer or left us on hold. We eventually had to dispute the charge throught the credit card company. There are very few places to stay in that part of SouthHampton but I rather sleep on the street then ever deal with this company again. Please don't give this company any business!
