My wife and I scheduled a trip through Bentley Hedges Travel to Cancun this summer with a number of our friends. About four days prior to travel, we had a death in our family. Around the same time, Carrie, our travel agent, left me a message that she was attempting to get our airline tickets to us and wanted to know the best way of doing so. I called her back and left a voicemail notifying her that due to our circumstances we were not going to be able to travel. I also asked for her to give me a call to so that we could visit about any potential options. At the time I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted to see if it would be possible to reschedule for a later time or if there were any other possible alternatives.
