Bentley just expanded with a wonderful acoustic room. They added a lot of stock as well. The focus here is mainly on the instruments although there are many good amps for the electrics to choose from ...some are very vintage from time to time.\r \r Staff is friendly and knowledgable. There are often lessons going on in the late afternoons (staff there is really good too - and all are professionals) ...so if you want to really test-drive that Fender Deluxe you might need to get there a little early or later.\r \r Good excuse to go to Parkville! Seriously...\r i never made such an experience with a shop before...\r So. this guy sells musical gear and stuff...i wanted to buy something he offered (the sad part: a one off guitar, price 1500+).\r It was such a bad conatct, his replies to my mails took endlessly (once in a month a reply, what a sleepyhead..) even if i told him, i would 100% buy and already asked for payment details that i can transfer my money...\r But seems he didn't want my money...other stores maybe want it..so i will buy in future at shops where the customer is ""king"" ..there are other one off guitars out there..\r If any other shop does act like this guy, i guess they can shut their doors and close immediately.If you run a business, your only goal is to sell..it seems this guy didn't get it..\r So my experience with Bentley guitar store in Parkville: Better stay away if you dont wanna waste your time like i did!!
