I took my mother, girlfriend, and stepfather here for a dinner one evening. I order the fettuccini alfredo and it came curdled. I told the waiter than the alfredo had been double boiled and therefore caused it to separate. He said, No, that's how our sauce is. I do believe he was wrong, their sauce is probably not normally like that, however, for a chef, to let that leave his kitchen is completely incompetent. The other meals we had were all at best, mediocre. The prices were high too. The only pro to this restaurant is the view, as it sits on top of the 30 story Hilton. If they would just put a quality restaurant in, it would be much better.
