Not recommended unless you dont have anything to do for that day. and plan to stay home all day waiting. when appointment was made I was told around the noon time area. at 3:25 still NO one and when you call in the woman politely tells you. their busy and your not worth calling to explain the service man is running late. instead it was we have had 15 calls today. to the average customer it dont matter if they had 100. maintaining a professional manner and contacting the customers who have appointments to explain the delays makes a world of difference. and when made to feel the calls that came in that day was more important I cancelled services. AGAIN IF YOU DONT MIND WAITING OR BEING TOLD IN A NICE MANNER YOUR APPOINTMENT DONT MATTER THIS IS YOUR COMPANY
