They let you wait in your car with your kids... 4/28/2008

I know that doesn't sound like a great reason or review at first but if you have ever been to the doctor with a sick child and need a prescription filled the LAST thing you want to do is go INSIDE a store. They always let me drop it off, pull around and wait and they wave me over when it's done. I don't think I've ever sat there longer than 15 minutes. I always take my prescriptions because faxing them to them is tricky and their hours are somewhat limited but their service makes me keep going back every time. more

Best in Customer Service! 11/30/2005

This is a place to go for great service and when you need your prescriptions filled. They go way above the rest. One time, I was 9 months pregnant really sick with a bad cold and my son just got the chicken pox and my daughter got pinkeye (which both are very contagious), I needed to get some benadryl and lotion to help the itching and had no one to watch them nor would I of wanted to. I called Rite aid and asked if I could come through the drive through and they flat out said no it is only for prescriptions. I called Bennets Creek Pharmacy and explained, they said sure come through the drive thru. They even suggested the generic kind to save some money. I am still grateful to this day for that kind of service. They even donate things to my children's schools to help raise money. PROS: customer service about and beyond CONS: hours can be tricky at times esecially if you had a late appt at doctors more

Nice, classy, clean 11/5/2005

Bennetts Creek Pharmacy is a nice, classy little pharmacy. Although the store is small, it still provides everything from cold medicine to little trinkets. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I believe the store is owned by Virginia Delegate, Chris Jones. The pharmacy has a drive thru which is a bit of a pain to get to since you have to drive behind the entire Food Lion shopping center, but still, if its raining, or you just dont feel like getting out of your car, its a nice plus. The pharmacy sometimes doesnt fill things quite that fast, but it still nonetheless is a nice little home town type store. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a charming little store with a great staff in a somewhat great location. PROS: Clean, Nice Staff CONS: Location more
