First Time Buyer 12/20/2015

Friendly service with informative staff. Disappointed my pre owned vehicle didn't come with floor mats and I needed to buy new wiper blades the following day. Also information that I signed off saying I received in the office was not in the vehicle as I was told it would be. Overall a good experience and I would recommend to someone looking to purchase a vehicle. I walked in looking to leave with a vehicle and I did overall I am pretty satisfied. more

I have always had a good experience at Benna Ford. If I were to change anything it would be to have more technicians possibly to do more oil changes on Saturday. You have to call at least a week in advance for an oil change on a Saturday. more

It was dreary day weather-wise but that didn't stop the good folks at Benna Ford from pumping it up with sunshine from their smiles, attitude and cheerful greeting and assistance. Nick had a shiny demo ready and called us sooner than expected when the routine service was completed. We had a wonderful day in Superior thanks in large part to Benna Ford. more

Great car buying experince 12/10/2015

This was the best experience purchasing a car from a dealing I have had. Joe did a great job of hearing what I was looking for and letting me drive. He was friendly and made the experience a good one. The financial office was also good it was clear everyone was working to make this a great experience for us. I appreciated that everyone we dealt with tried to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We felt valued as customers. more
