The people are nice enough, but the service is horrific. After waiting almost 3 years to fix a chandelier I finally got tired and took it to another shop that fixed it in a week....

The people are nice enough, but the service is horrific. After waiting almost 3 years to fix a chandelier I finally got tired and took it to another shop that fixed it in a week. It was one excuse after another. No sense of urgency at this shop. If you are in a hurry find another place. Do not waste your time! more
