He fixed the broken pipe made, sure it didn't leak and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time I had a plumbing emergency and Benjamin Franklin was quick to respond and very efficient. I would highly recommend them. more

Excellent customer experience 6/23/2016

Excellent customer experience with Dan S. from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Dan provided excellent customer service and was very consultative in explaining our options. Dan installed a new hot water heater and water softener on a hot Sunday afternoon with a smile on his face. He left our basement cleaner than it was before he arrived. Would strongly recommend Dan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to friends and family. more

Very positive experience! 2/10/2011

Very positive experience with office staff over the phone. They seemed to be very sincere and appreciate our problem and attempted to our concerns to rest.\r \r We were given a 1-4p window to arrival but our technician arrived before 1:00pm and began corrective action immediately. Excellent!\r \r The plumber was very friendly and took the time to explain what he did and what the next step was to correct our total problem. He contacted the One-Hour office to secure a technician to correct our HVAC problem.\r \r All you employees are very caring and competent. more
