Total Rip OFF, do not use them unless you like to be ripped off. Their prices are way higher than the other 2 plumbers I called, almost double. more

Outstanding Customer Service! 9/24/2018

As we all know, there are a lot of choices when it comes to plumbing companies. Although perfection is too much to ask for, it is always refreshing when we do business with a company that at least strives for that goal. Ben Franklin Plumbing in Arlington is certainly one of those companies. They deliver on time service, with up-front competitive pricing, and leave your home as clean as they found it! The repairman was quite nice and efficient. However I do not like your pricing policy. He priced it to essentially replace the entire commode, but all I wanted to replace was some bolts that hold the water tank to the commode. That was the only pricing option he would give me regardless of what work he did. I will not ever call on Benjamin Franklin again. Rating 2 stars. more

Great Sevice Great Personal Experience! 4/25/2018

Called and they had a tech Terrill at our home to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our disposal had finally bit the dust. Terrill diagnosed the problem and explained our best option. He was very knowledgeable and able to speak in words we clearly understood. He had all of the parts needed for the fix. This is our second time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they have a customer for life. We will gladly have Terrill back in our home. Thank You BFP! more

We have a very old house and plumbing. Aaron worked diligently to unclog our drain. He shared camera views of the pipes and recommended different methods to improve. Benjamin Franklin has always given us good service. Their employees are always knowledgeable and polite. Thanks Aaron for an excellent job. more

The young man that fixed our plumbing problem was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed what was wrong and recommended a solution and the cost. He fixed everything and left our bathroom clean. more

For service on 4/16 & 4/17 4/17/2018

Our plumber was very good at explaining the problem and what needed to be done. We opted for a new toilet as the old one gave us problems for a long time. He came back the next day and installed the new one with no problem. He was professional, well groomed and very good at explaining things. He is an asset to your company and I think you should give him a big raise. If any new problems occur we will definitely use your company. more

Matthew N. is an outstanding Plumbing Tech. His efforts to ensure that the costumer understands what is going on is outstanding. He breaks down each step. My mother is showing early signs of Dementia but when I told her that Matthew was coming she got dressed and came up to the front of the house so she could be there when he can in. Her exact words to me. " Toni he is such a nice man I like him and said Yes Mama when he talk to me" because of her fear of strangers this is amazing. He is efficient and makes sure that any area he was in is clean and clear as it was when he entered it. You are not only lucky to have a man of his technical ability but one with his exemplary work ethic is very rare these days. I ask for Matthew because he is a Great Plumber and I Thank GOD for Matthew because to my family he is a Good Man. more
