Worst

Very nice and professional man came to do the work. I wouldn't recommend it because it was extremely overpriced. I just didn't have the time to get someone else in there to do it....

Great and Thank You 10/22/2016

I had a pipe spring a leak on the hot water heater and called around 10PM at night. Being a new homeowner who knows nothing about any of this, I was in a state of panic. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and talked me through making sure that everything was OK and we got the water to stop leaking. The service technician was scheduled the next morning between 7 and 8am and he arrived promptly at 7am. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. It was fixed within 40 minutes. There customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. more

Great company 9/28/2016

I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for years. Whenever we needed something fixed, we would call them and they would come right over and take care of us. They always do a great job. Their people are very personable and professional. I recently sold my house to my son in law and he has used Ben Franklin as well. I recommend them whenever I get the chance. Their people are very well skilled in their profession. more

Drain cleaning 8/9/2016

Plumber was an idiot and lady on phone quite wrong price, she told me 60 dollars for drain cleaning and guy charged me 300. I would NEVER recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone more

Service and diagnosing the water leak was quick. 8/4/2016

I think charge of "First Level Repair" of putting a bead of caulking around the bathtub spout of $121 was unreasonable and unfair. The charge for house call $59 was reasonable. more

Excellent customer service!! 7/20/2016

We worked with both Kevin and can on a recent plumbing needs in order to sell our house. Both of these guys display excellent professionalism and customer service throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to emsure all the requirements we needed or meet in order to close our house on time were met, including speaking the local public works officials on numerous occasions to help rectify a problem. We highly recommend her services!! more
