benjamin franklin is very dependable,they did very good job. when the first time Steve work for my plumbing,he did very good job too, but I did not review him at that time because I was not sure what is about. (I am Asian old lady due to English problem), now I know , I want to thanks all team and Ben Pollard did great job for my bathroom plumbing faucet. . thanks again. bless your heart !!!!! judy dunn more

What great service every time we call. We have had several situations lately that have caused us to call a plumber and Ben Franklin has come through every time. Our technician, Ben Pollard, was very professional and friendly and made quick work of each job he has done for us. We are getting ready to have major kitchen remodeling done and when it comes to the plumbing work, Ben Pollard will be our man. more

Fantastic Service and Professionalism! 11/20/2013

Mark did a great job from start to finish on installing our faucet and garbage disposer. He was upfront on all the details, honest and very trustworthy. He worked diligently and was very professional even though the job took longer than he expected based upon issues that came up. I would highly recommend Mark and Ben Franklin to anyone that needs a great plumbing service! more

I learned about this company through the positive experiences of my neighbors. They were right - many thanks to Ben Pollard of Ben Franklin for the professional service. He called me and asked if it would be OK to arrive two hours ahead of the scheduled appointment (past experience with other companies usually meant that I'd usually spend most the day waiting). Ben was very respectful and helpful, and right away he understood (and help me understand) the several issues affecting the badly fluctuating water pressure in my home. He explain it all, including my options. Knowledge and professionalism builds trust, and I felt very comfortable with Ben proceeding with his recommended repairs. I also appreciated Ben Franklin's up-front pricing; there were no surprises and, though I'm no plumbing expert, it looks like I got very good quality in return. In the future, I won't hesitate at all to call Ben Pollard of Ben Franklin for my plumbing repairs (or even a few upgrades that I have in mind). more

Because we had an intermittent leak, instead of using the leak detection technology and equipment, he used personal experience and determination to find a leak that has been mystifying us for months. We appreciated his expertise and praise him highly. He is a definite asset to your firm. more

Professionalism & Value 7/31/2013

Mr. Carey David came over to the house to give me an estimate on replacing my 13 year old water heater. I was pleased at the pricing and scheduled to have a install the following Monday. Ben came out, was polite, professional and knew exactly what to do. It was a pleasure dealing with Ben Franklin Plumbing and will call of them for all of my plumbing needs. more

Ben Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job on my water meter leak. Gaylen Holloway did an excellent job. 7/23/2013

We had a water meter leak, and Gwinnett water said they were not responsible. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and the problem was fixed the next day. Galen Holloway was the plumber and he did a great job. He was very professional and personable. Thank you. more

Quick Response & Customer Service 6/16/2013

After a lightning strike nearby destroyed my water service to the house, BF team of Carey & Benjamin responded...found the first break, then a second break in the water line. They returned the same afternoon to clean out the debris in the pressure regulator without charging any additional fees. Very pleased with their performance. more

Awesome!!! 6/7/2013

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are always professional, friendly and knowledgable. Ben and Corey just finished repairing leaky hoses under my kitchen sink. They explained the problem to me, told me what was needed to make the repair and fixed it within a 1/2 hour. Everything was put back into place and they even told me what I could do to get the under sink and wood flooring area around the sink to dry out. They were great! I recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors. more
