I have used Ben Franklin for 4 years now and would never think of calling another plumbing and heating company. Their 24/7 service is outstanding! You always get a live person on the phone no matter what time you call. Their techs are always friendly, timely, and explain exactly what is going on and all of your options before beginning. I find their prices to be very competitive for the area and have yet to find another company that comes close to competing with their level of professionalism. Ben Franklin is hands down the best plumbing and heating company that I have found in Summit and Park counties. more

First class. 10/19/2010

When I have had major work Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been there for me. They put things in by my specifications, and when something didn't work out they replaced it and absorbed the cost. When I call they know me by my first name, and they get someone out right away. I have used them for maybe 4 years, and I think they are first class. I don't think they rip me off. I once had another plumber in to fix a leaking toilet valve, and I was in the middle of several crises at work. He told me it needed to be totally rebuilt, and I am pretty sure he ripped me off. It was the last time I used those other guys. more

We have been using Ben Franklin as our contracted plumbing and heating company for our 28 door Townhome complex in Breckenridge for 3 years and couldn't ask for more professional and friendly service. No matter what time we place the call we are always greeted by a friendly Ben Franklin employee who is eager to help. Their pricing is very competitive, especially with the member discount and the service professionals are always happy to explain the issue in laymens terms so we understand exactly what is going on. more
