had a hot-water circulating pump go out, and needed to replace it; it is in easy-access, clean utility room. It needed to be powered down at the breaker, simply unbolted and replaced. BF plumbing had a guy bid the job at $1200+ dollars. We said "no, thanks". I (homeowner) went to an industrial supply place, bought a new pump, and replaced it myself, 200$ for the pump, and about 40 minutes of my time. BF was asking $1000 for about 30 minutes or less of their time. I need some serious plumbing now, but won't call BF.
