What a Disappointment 5/1/2011

My family and I have been loyal customers of Benichopsticks for years. They have a decent selection of food and fresh sushi. However, with that said I was so disappointed with service last week that I won't ever go back. My husband and I waited over 50 minutes for our 5 rolls of sushi only to find that once we got home they had shorted us on our food. Service was terrible and on top of everything they were extremely rude to us. Never again. more

Mongolian Beef 10/29/2010

It had been a while since I had been there. The sushi has always been good. This evening my son and I had takeout, Mongolian Beef and two egg rolls. The egg rolls were good. The Mongolian beef was basically all onions and sauce. There was not enough beef in a dinner portion for even one person. It will be a long time before I go back. I think I can get just as good sushi from Giant Eagle. more

Great place for great food, prices and service 5/29/2009

I have been going there almost since it opened a few years ago. Sometimes 2 and 3 times a week. The people treat you wonderfully. The food is great, I have always had a good experience there. The owners, hostesses and serving staff make you feel special. The sushi is great. VERY, VERY fresh! Take-out is great and always piping hot when I get it home. \r \r They may still have all you can eat sushi nite - call and check. It used to be Mondays, I think.\r \r If you want any specific condiments with your take-out be sure to let them know.\r \r It's easy to get to, with lots of free parking. Pros: Food, price and service Cons: Nothing really more
