Oh my goodness this was literally the WORST dental office ever! I speak from experience, I have had horrible dental problems all of my life. I went there because of their ""easy payment options"" because although we have pretty good insurance we have been in and out of work and our paychecks are not always guarenteed. So after originally telling me I had $20,000 worth of work to be done (way over inflated as oppposed to other dentists) so after we got them down to 5800 for JUST the stuff I absolutely needed then and there we explored their ""credit"" program...yeah right we were supposed to put down 3800 and pay the rest off in monthly installments of 200. why even offer??? then I asked their Insurance consultant how much for just one extraction the one that was infected. She told me $16 since my insurance covered 80%...she failed to mention my $50 deductable (also my fault for not knowing) anyhow I made the appointment and came on time only to be told I'd have to wait hours past my appt time for the denti-cal patients losing their denti-cal.....what the hell?? You had warning for months before they lost coverage....anyhow when it was my turn the idiot receptionist told me it would now be $400 for the downpaymen....I argued forever with this chick telling her your insurance lady right there behind you said $16 and she actually laughed in my face and said no thats only if we process through your INS first....duh that is EXACTLY what we talked about the first time. I said bring that girl up here so I can talk to her nope no one but the receptionist would speak to me. So I reschduled I had no choice that tooth HAD to come out. So on the next day of my appt the dentist didn't even know what was going on or what he was pulling. Pain wise he was great NOT personable at all and ZERO privacy. So the lady says you don't have to pay now we will bill you. So here I was waiting for my bill and 3 days later I get a call from their ""collections"" dept for $58.00 Are you kidding me?? So what do you know the next day I develop an Abcess that ruptures and call for an emergency appt. She looks my account up and fits me in no prob. I drive down my 3 little kids in tow in searing pain and wait for about 30 min before she calls me up and announces LOUDLY you still owe $58.00 so we can't help you...ok so I do realize I owed money and that is my own fault but I didn't have it on me so I ask the receptionist if they can at least write me a RX for antibiotics and she says she'll talk to her manager and the dentist NOPE wont do a damn thing for my draining abcess tooth for a $58.00 debt which they could have damn well told me over the phone instead of having me come in to tell me they can't do anything!!! ridiculous why get into a public service field if you really don't care about people? I am now stuck with this abcess until god knows when!! don't go here find another dentist!!!\r
