Ken Mucha #1 in our book! 1/9/2012

From the start all the way to the finish, Ken Mucha was there for us every step of the way! My husband and I moved here from Northern California and fell in love with Bend. We talked with a couple of different agents, but because we had some financial issues found these agents were more interested in just selling a house instead of helping us buy a home. Finally we met with Ken Mucha at Prudential and found him to be ""our agent"". It was a long and tedious process for everyone involved but Ken was there every step of the way. He was always avaliable to answer his phone, get us the address or any other information we needed at the time. He is kind, courteous and professional in every aspect. Without Ken's help we would still be renting. He sold us our beautiful home and we are so thankful for all his hard work and help. We love Bend, OR. If you are in need of a real estate agent it would be our suggestion, go with ""THE BEST"" Ken Mucha! more

Ken Mucha is great 1/9/2012

Ken helped us buy a parcel of land. We found him to be so efficient and helpful that we used him to buy a house about a year later. He knows the Bend and surrounding areas very well. We weren't looking at really high priced places, but Ken always made us feel valued and made time for us. I would recommend him to all. He's easy to get along with and a great realtor. more

Excellent Service from Ken Mucha 1/7/2012

Ken worked with me for over a year to find the right home. He never gave up and was always available when I had a question or wanted to see a property. He always responded within 24 hours of a phone call or email. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a home in Central Oregon. He is very professional and knows the business and the area. I love my new home and I am so glad he was my realtor. His team in Bend is also very friendly and accomodating. Professional, courteous & perservering! 1/4/2012

My association with Ken Mucha & Prudential High Desert Realty began in the fall of 2010. Their office was highly recommended by a close friend. The task was to find a suitable home for my move, back to America from Sweden, to beautiful Bend, OR. This process was tedious, due mainly to the distance between us and the 9 hour time difference. Ken worked tirelessly in assisting me to locate and review Central OR listings. He & my friend looked at homes here in Bend on my behalf & I concentrated on the internet, reviewing potential properties he so skillfully recommended. It was not an easy task, considering the communication requirements. Ken did his job with such precision, keeping me up to date and with his superb help I/we eventually found what is now 'my home'. I feel so fortunate & thankful for his unwavering efforts and couldn't be happier with the outstanding final result. What a guy! more

My family and I wanted a getaway home to enjoy the spectacular adventures Central Oregon has to offer. We were fortunate to find realtor Ken Mucha, he was patient as we pondered many different options and found a right fit location. The home we purchased meets our needs perfectly and our familly and friends have already enjoyed several weekends at our ""party pad"". Ken is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Central Oregon and was helpful every step of the way in our purchasing process. Ken Mucha is a RockStar! 12/9/2011

Ken went out of his way to continually assist us (for over 3 yrs., I might add) in finding our perfect home. He worked closely with us, even keeping up to date during his vacation. He is very well organized and a master at making sure all parties involved are well informed, up to date with proper documents containing everyone's contact information (a nice touch). He was always available when needed. He's a smart, well manured, and a heck of a friendly guy. We could go on and on... Suffice to say; this company is the right company and in our eyes, he was definitely the right man for the job! Thanks so much Ken! more

We want to thank Prudential High Desert Realty /Team Birtola-Garmyn and mostly Clair Sagiv for the wonderful service. We bought our house in Bend last year and were so happy with the job she did that when my father moved to Bend to be closer to us we went right to Clair for help. She did an excellent job helping him find a home that was in his price range as well as making sure all the details were taken care of. She is smart, capable. and very fun to work with.
