Friendly Bar on Northside 8/2/2002

This is a great place to meet friends and family for good bar food. They have a very large inside seating area as well as a deck with covered and uncovered seating. It also has a ton of TV tubes if you're in to watching sports. This has become a kind of neighborhood hangout for singles and families. more

Music Trivia Too Much Fun 6/27/2002

I have gone here on occasion to eat, drink and be merry but the best think about this place is the Trivia. The have it a couple nights a week but the Wednesday music trivia is the most fun. It starts at 8:00 and lasts about 2 hours with house cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. They also give away three pitchers of beer each time. The questions are great and they keep the games on tv (muted) so if you want to watch the braves and figure out who wrote ""Come on Eileen"" you can do it! Very well organized trivia!!! Also drink specials each night and great service. Pros: Organzied Trivia, Great Service, Decent Bar Food more

  • It all began in December 1999, when an Atlanta gentleman came to the realization that he was great at two out of the three things he loved in life… Eating, Drinking and Sports. He grew tired of sitting on the “Sidelines” and so he decided he would rather warm the bench in his own place where he could eat, drink and enjoy all of the games all of the time with his other sports loving friends… so there came Bench Warmers. Bench Warmers serves up some of the biggest, juiciest burgers you’ll ever put in your mouth as well as the tastiest cheese steaks south of Philly. Other menu favorites include buffalo chicken wings and mile high nachos. Whether college or pro, if it’s being played, it’s being watched at Bench Warmers. If you should not see the game you’re looking for just let one of our staff know. Chances are we can find the broadcast and get it on for you.
