I agree with everyone else, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! They stole $2,700 from us. We were told we would be refunded and then the office goes MIA.\r If this helps one person to not be scammed, it's worth it!\r They are scam artists at their very best! more

This is the worst company to deal with. I am a physician who approached them for a loan for a medical laser. I spoke with Mike Franke who told me I was pre-approved. I sent a check for first and last months payment and document fee for a total of $1608. After multiple emails from Mike Franke, assuring me I would receive the funding any day, 45 days had elapsed. I actually found out from the vendor that the loan was not approved. Mike Franke said he would refund the money but has yet to refund it.\r \r Their MO is to give you a quick approval, get your deposit and then state they you did not meet their terrms and you forfeit the deposit. Or they will switch the terms of the lease to other than promised and if you refuse the new terms they will still keep your money.\r \r Please review the company. Check the Better Business Bureau that has given them a ""F"" rating.\r \r Marcus Davin is the CEO. I hope him and Mike Franke get what they deserve. I have notified the district attorney about their practices. I am surprised they have been able to practice as long as they have.\r \r Marcus and MIke--If you are reading this, I will do everything possible to put you two where you belong!\r \r CAVEAT EMPTOR! more

HEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH? - ? - Today Everyone who has been scammed... PLEASE do NOT let this slide because it is absolutely the reason why they still continue to operate. Yes, it costs money to sue. BUT i did it AND WON my judgment against them. They did the same thing to our business by stealing from us $5200!!! This was Dec 2009. I filed with small claims in their county the week after for $55 (it is worth the investment) I went to court in March 2010 and WON. They appealed so i went back to court in May and WON again. I won plus the judge awarded me the court filing fees. Of course, with a judgment, that doesnt do much because these scammers will HIDE their money. GET a judgment enforcer or judgment collector. They will take half the amount they collect but it is worth it to get your money back even if it is half. Please continue to fight. I've talked with several businesses who gave up their $2,000- $5,000 thinking it was not worth the fight, but it is. Because people dont fight, they continue to be in business scamming others. You CAN get your money back. PLUS, i am a HUGE believer of KARMA. what goes around will come around to Marcus Davin and his associates. Stealing is a sin and trust that God will not let it slide without punishing them. No amount of money is worth burning in hell forever. more

We've had several leases with Benchmark over the past ten years. We had met all terms, paying by EFT and purchasing the equipment in the end. \r \r Then one day Benchmark fabricated a lease and started invocing us. Sad our new inexperienced bookkeeper started paying. I didn't catch it for 12 months and $10,000 later. \r \r To add insult to injury.\r \r We had one more lease that was about to come to an end. We intended to pay $1 and own the equipment in the end. \r \r The fine print in the lease agreement stated that we were obligated to tell them 60 days in advace that we intened to buy the equipment for $1. Failing to do so would trigger ... get this ""RENT"" \r \r We paid an additional 3 months ..to protect our credit rating .. even though they stole $10,000 from our company. \r \r They have totally ignored our demands for repayment,. we go to court November 11, 2010 more

we were preaproved for a lease,Reciveed papers with payment secdule, down ect . intrest i was told was @ 7.5 %> Justin gave me a formula to figure it. we signed and sent them a deposit $3500.00 then they say that there is a problem and they have to find fiancing for you elseware. when you ask for your deposit back they tell you it not refundable. they then said they found financing for a lesser amount and sent papers . when we checked rate figured at 26.3%. dont trust what they say (Justin, Ely ) president of company won't return calls, they still have our money......
