What an absolutely terrible experience. I originally booked an appointment at 8:00 am on a Wednesday morning this November. I was told by the receptionist to show up at the office at 7:30 am so that I had enough time to fill out the new patient paperwork before the appointment started. more

Extremely Satisfied 5/23/2012

In the past I have had less than pleasurable experiences while in the dentist?s chair. I decided to switch to Benchmark dental after hearing several positive reviews. I?m writing this review after an hour after having my wisdom teeth removed. From the time I entered the office I was greeted with smiles from the staff, this relaxing atmosphere put my mind at ease. After I received the shots to numb my mouth I decided to put in headphones to take my mind off what was going in my mouth. Dr. Fowler removed my two top wisdom teeth before I finished listening to one song. My procedure at Benchmark dental was a great experience. I now consider myself a proud patient of Benchmark dental, thanks to the staff and the overall knowledge found in this office. I would highly recommend Dr. Fowler to anyone. I now feel if you are not a patient here you are not maximizing your dental experience. more

Great customer experience 12/19/2011

Wow what a experience at the dentist. From the shceduling of an appointment to sitting in the chair i was very please and set at ease. The xrays to the cleaning we very informative and low impact to where i was very comfortable with the procedure. Dr Josh is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and how he was gong to to what is best for me. The cleaning was very through and pain free. the office is very comfortable and staff are all so friendly and plesant. I highly recomend his service to anyone needing a quality and professional dental office. more

Surpassed my expectation... 12/15/2011

Dr Fowler made me feel at home with my dental visit. He was honest with me regarding recommendations, concerns that he had, not to mention he has great chair side manners. In all reality, I was surprised at how much time he spent with me walking me through the different options I had as the patient and let me be in total control of the experience. His staff is friendly, the office is comfortable & clean, and I would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone! more

I recently started seeing Dr. Fowler at Benchmark Dental. Dr. Fowler's office is clean, he is very knowledgeable, his staff is friendly and he was the most personable dentist I have ever seen. Would definitely recomend him to anyone. more
