CAUTION-MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS We bought the 24/7 service agreement...BUT this weekend we had a pipe blow out in the basement. Tried phoning, emailing Benj Franklin/Bob's Reedville--*no* response at all. AND both the directions from the 800# AND dialing direct get us to an answering service that disavows knowledge of Benj Franklin and is a different company. MUST HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. THANKS FOR THE USELESS WARRANTY, GUYS. more

Great First Experience! 4/27/2011

I have never had plumbing issues before and was more than impressed with John's professionalism and all around knowledge of his craft. Not knowing what to expect when you have a plumbing issue can be nerve racking considering the costs that can be associated with it. John walked me through the issue we had and found a solution that ended up costing less money than originally thought. There are a lot of companies out there who will try to make you believe the only solution is the most expensive. It is comforting to know there are companies out there who do the right thing. I will definitely be giving Benjamin Franklin Plumbing a call the next time I need something plumbing related. more
