I was one of the passengers on the dart bus that pulled into traffic causing a accident, I hired previous lawyer but did not get very far but then I found Ben Abbott who settled in over a year and 3 months and still put money in my pocket more

Hit by a 18 wheeler 11/30/2011

I was driving on the free way and a 18 wheeler hit me I didn't know what to do I hired 2 different attorney's before Ben Abbott and after 6 months of them nothing had been done but as soon as I hired Ben Abbott someone from his staff came to my house and right away they got started on my case in less than a 1 1/2 my case was settled with all medical bills paid and my in my pocket I so recommend Ben Abbott don't call any one else he's your lawyer..Thanks Ben Abbott more

Great Lawyer and Staff!!! 10/20/2011

My husband and my three kids as well as me were in a car accident which we were hit by a driver(teenager) who wasnt payimg attention and passed a red light. We needed help because Fred Loya was not wanting to coperate. Right away Ben Abbott and his office helped my case get underway and started on it the next day. Fred Loya didnt want to pay anything but he did a great job settleing our case in a bit less that 6 months!!! I surely do recommend him if you have an accident. more

I was hit head on in a car accident & ended up in the hospital and without a car I was lost and confused. I didn't know where to go or what to do. The insurance company denied my claim to repair my car & I was in so much pain. After asking around I called The Law Office of Ben Abbott. Not only did they come out to my house and help me understand the process they helped me find a doctor with transportation that would treat me for my pain. With them on my side answering all my questions and dealing with the insurance company I was able to get my car repaired, pay my medical bills, and some money in my pocket for the suffering. I would recommend them to anyone. more

After a motorcycle accident I needed a lawyer. I looked on internet and found the Law offices of Ben Abbott. I hired them and they worked out a settlement before my case had to go to trial. They wanted to take the case to trial. I wanted to avoid trial. The settlement is enough to pay my medical bills, my fees, and put enough in the bank for any future medical costs. I am using some of the settlement for school. I highly recommend them. I depended on them and they helped me. more
