This place is the absolute worst place for professionalism and service. We've had nothing but problems since purchasing my grandmother's hearing aid. First of all they ordered the wrong ear and the associate tried to convince my grandmother that she didn't make a mistake. When trying to resolve a different issue about the faulty hearing aid not too long ago we got into the discussion with a supervisor downstate about the fact that it was the wrong ear to begin with to which he essentially called us liars because there's no way that his employee would lie to him. They speak with such disdain to their clients, treat them like children, and refuse to cooperate. It took threatening a call to the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau for them to even budge, and even then they managed to swindle another $200 out of us to repair their faulty piece. They're also priced significantly higher than their competition, which would be fine if they had quality hearing aids - but they don't.
