and they pay the heat, they allow small pets, and its really a great little place on the west side of Brockton all brick, and has many amenities..Close to westgate Mall , but not to close to shopping, is right on the busline, if you don't have a car and the managers of this complex couldn't be nicer..Rent is varied more
