For a place that's in an upscale part of town and does attract upscale residents, this place is woefully inept in many ways. They underpay the aides they use, so there is a high turnover, always understaffed and they are not properly trained, also a lot of not so great, unfriendly and unhelpful attitudes. The ratio of aides to residents is terrible, so many residents are neglected. They keep residents there who need elevated care, but they are not sufficiently staffed to deal with them-they won't even push them in their wheel chairs. This place is more about the facade and not professional and conscientious care of its residents. They're big on putting on the show for the families, but are severely lacking in professional, adept care of the people they themselves accept and claim they can care for, and then charge outrageous elevated care costs as the residents' health deteriorate. Another sad thing is the food they serve on the whole is abysmal, again for the price paid you'd think there would be really good food and a pleasant dining experience, unfortunately not so-. really the pits. If there is one thing left the elderly should be able to enjoy in life is delicious, good quality, nutritious meals. This is the usual example of corporate greed taking over in a field where it should be about compassion and care, shame on these companies that have turned the care of the elderly into a big money maker and lining their pockets by ripping off the elderly.
Pros: convenient location if one lives in that area
Cons: highly overpriced, substandard care and food
