Markus has an excellent eye for proportions, is knowledgeable about fabrics and is a one of a kind expert at his trade. Ilona having learned from the best is another invaluable resource. I often rely on their expertise when custom designing a new sofa, making a built-in banquette, remodeling an outdated chair, or deciding on a perfect size for an ottoman. When I have them reupholster existing furniture it comes back better than original. I am confident that every order I place with Belmar will be flawlessly executed in a very reasonable amount of time, and that my clients will be thrilled with their work. I recently moved into a new house and needed living room sofa and chairs and an upholstered headboard for my master bedroom. Also I needed to have two chairs reupholstered. My designer introduced me Belmar Custom Upholstery. The family who owns and runs the company was very pleasant and responsive to my needs. My living room sofa and chairs are beautiful and most comfortable. My husband was thrilled with the value. We paid factory direct price.
