i agree with MAX A...these people who work here INCLUDING THE OWNER have no customer service WHATSOEVER and show NO EFFORT to offer any kind of solutions for any kind of problem. My husband and I went here to get our ultrasound done. The staff were nice at first and our ultrasound experience went well at first. We actually thought we might come back to this place again. We signed up for the special package and they told us at first that besides everything else we were supposed to get with that package, we'll be getting a DVD of the entire session with background music and 80 pictures on a CD. When we got home and checked out the dvd and cd, there were only 30 pics and not 80 like we were promised. And the DVD with NO background music. We tried everything by turning up the volume and tested our computer to make sure the problem is not with our computer. The next morning we decide to call the place and explained to them what happened. We spoke to the owner of the store..her name was Lori...She IMMEDIATELY GOT DEFENSIVE, and show no effort in finding a solution for our problem. She and all her staff were so negative towards us when we tried to explain to them what the problem was. The owner of the store has such a bad attitude that she actually HUNG UP THE PHONE on our conversation. It was so hard to believe an owner of a store would even consider hanging up the phone on a customer that was asking for help. Needless to say I was very upset and I would never consider going back here ever again!!!\r

For the record, the pictures came out good, but customer service was terrible here. The staff INCLUDING THE OWNER is not professional at all. Our first experience here started out ok but turned into a nightmare. If you expect quality customer service, do not go here.
