Rude, Rude, and more Rude 10/17/2011

Went in to find wooden beads shaped like crosses; when I asked the owner if she carried anything like that she all but hissed at me. While a browsed, my autistic son went into the storage room (my husband following after) The store owner shrieked ""unbelievable"" and stormed back to escort us out. Even though we explained our son's condition her attitude was rank!!! She also began to sweep in front of the store after we left. It was as if she were trying to get rid of our energy from the air. Weird. I would not recommend her store because I don't support unkind people!!!! more

Rude, Overpriced and Without Knowledge of Beads 12/26/2009

What a horrible experience we had at this bead store this holiday season! The woman behind the counter was rude to us from the time we walked in. Nonetheless (and despite the overpricing of the beads) I decided to shop around and was going to make a purchase. Pros: Near the Stagecoach ride Cons: Horrible customer service, overprice, lack of knowledge more

Not recommended 10/10/2009

Recently my grandmother went in to buy beads for her Christmas gifts. She found some great beads that she thought were expensive at $11.00 but wanted to get them anyway. While paying she suddenly found that the beads were actually $110.00. When she informed the owner that she could not afford them the reply was that it was too late since she had already charged the credit card. After several attempts to void the charge the owner simply insists that all sales are final and there is nothing she can do. We have called to explain that she cannot afford the beads and were told that was not their problem. Stay away if you want to support a good business. Pros: None from me Cons: Customer service does not exist more
