I shopped at Payless on Black Friday 2011; and couldn't be more pleased with the service! The store was full of people, yet the salespeople were cheerful, lively, and quite helpful to everyone. Some of the other retailers at Bellis Fair Mall could learn from this store. It is obvious Payless has a ""customer first"" attitude; and I will shop there anytime I need shoes. more
